Booking and cancellation policy

Booking Policy:

Advance booking fee:
30 days or more from the date of departure: 50% of the total tour package cost.
30 days from the date of departure: 100% of the tour cost is to be paid.
The rate of exchange will be calculated on the final payment day, as per the rate applicable on that day. Any additional liability incurred by Mountbuzz Private Limited on account of advance payments to vendors will be collected in excess of the aforementioned booking amount.

Cancellations Policy:-

Package Cancellation:-
30 days and more: 15% retention of the total package cost
29–16 days : 25% retention of the tour package cost
15 days–8 days: 50% retention of the tour package cost
7 days: Same Day : 100% retention of the tour package cost

Airfare: Non-Refundable

MOUNTBUZZ PRIVATE LIMITED AMENDMENT POLICY FOR HOLIDAYPACKAGE:

  • If the client wishes to postpone travel dates, the request should reach us 15 days prior to the journey date via mail.
  •  If in case prepone/postpone, please note that prices may change (up/down), which will depend on season/off season and hotel accommodation, again subject to availability. (Do intimate us 15 days prior to your journey.)
  •  We do not accept any change in plan within 15 days of the travel date. However, in rare cases, like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, the package can be postponed, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
  •  The company has the right to reschedule the site, seeing as the days are subject to weather conditions, and to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  •  If any amendment within the tour is requested by the guest, it will be treated as a fresh booking, and additional costs will be charged other than the earlier tour cost.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY PACKAGE:

  • There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount for the specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of the Payment Policy.
  • Advance amount is non-refundable in case of no show from customer and cancellation within 15 days.
  •  If the client is willing to cancel his or her booking for whatever reason, including accident, illness, or any other personal reason, including non-payment of the balance payment, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.
    However, in exceptional cases, the company reserves the right to refund the advance payment after deducting the service charge.
  •  The company has complete authority to change the package cost if, in the future, there is a hike in the tariff and taxes of hotels, transportation, or any other service that has been provided.
  • Services of package will be provided on a written basis only, and complimentary services cannot be claimed in cash or money if not provided in any case.

Legal Rights: Mountbuzz Private Limited has the right to function according to the following actions:

  •  Omit, amend, or correct any information displayed on the website. This may or may not affect the user, but still, we suggest keeping them updated, especially if they have booked or are about to book the package. This will avoid any inconvenience during the tour.
  •  We may deactivate our website and its contents (packages, hotels, trains, buses, etc.) anytime we wish.
  •  We may display the reviews sent to us or our executives on our website or other social sites. While depicting them, we may rephrase or add a few minor things, but all in all, we will keep the meaning of the review the same.
  •  Due to any confidential matters, we may change the hotel, transporter, or airline. The intimation for the same will be done either beforehand or on the spot (15 minutes to 2 days of the deadline). However, we do assure you that these changes will be either shifted to a similar category or upgraded to ensure the best for you.
  •  The company has complete authority to change the package cost due to a hike in the tariff of hotels, transportation and fuel expenses, airfare, additional charges levied by the government, state, regional areas, etc.
  •  The customer must clear the desired payments within the stipulated time. In any case, if the customer fails to do so, we have full authority to terminate his or her booking after deducting our minimum compensation charges.
  •  Disputes: In case the customer denies paying the desired amount for availed or unavailed services due to his fault or any external factors, we have full authority to terminate the services immediately without any prior notice (even if he or she is on tour) and file a case in the jurisdiction court of the registered office. The customer must persistently report to the court of jurisdiction. (Note: The language to be used during the case will be English.)
    ALL DISPUTES WILL BE SETTLED UNDER KOLKATA JURISDICTION ONLY
